By accessing and/or using this website and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy (Terms). You should review our Privacy Policy and these Terms carefully and immediately cease using our website if you do not agree to these Terms. In these Terms, ‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’ means Nutrafruit Pty Ltd and our related bodies corporate. These Terms may be updated from time to time without notice to you, so please check the Terms and Privacy Policy regularly. If you are shopping through our online store, our Terms of Purchase will also apply to you. Marketing By signing up to any Nutrafruit or PurQ newsletter, SMS service or marketing list, you agree to receive updates and marketing materials from us. Promotions and competitions For certain campaigns, promotions or contests, additional terms and conditions may apply. If you want to participate in such a campaign, promotion or contest, you need to agree to the relevant terms and conditions applicable to that campaign, promotion or contest. In case of any inconsistency between such terms and conditions and these Terms, those terms and conditions will prevail. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes may be automatically applied at checkout for Subscriptions and Bundles. Any additional promotional codes cannot be added to Subscriptions and Bundles unless otherwise stated. For the Queen Garnet x 2GB Listener Competition, the code 2GB is used as a competition entry code only. It does not provide an additional discount and does not override the standard subscription discount applied at checkout. 2.1 Queen Garnet x 2GB Listener Competition Terms and Conditions Promoter The promoter is Nutrafruit Pty Ltd, Unit 4, 747 Fairfield Road, Yeerongpilly QLD 4105. Promotion Type This promotion is a game of chance trade promotion. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. Promotion Period The promotion opens on Wednesday 3 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 19 June 2026. Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who place a valid Queen Garnet or PurQ subscription order during the Promotion Period and enter the code 2GB in the discount code section at checkout. Employees, directors and contractors of Nutrafruit Pty Ltd, Tapt Media, 2GB, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. How to Enter To enter, eligible entrants must: Visit the Queen Garnet or PurQ website during the Promotion Period. Purchase an eligible Queen Garnet or PurQ subscription product. Enter the code 2GB in the discount code section at checkout. Each valid subscription order using the code 2GB will receive one entry into the random draw. No additional entry fee applies. The cost of entry is the standard purchase price of the eligible subscription product. Subscription orders that are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise deemed invalid by the Promoter may be excluded from the draw. Prize One winner will receive their selected eligible Queen Garnet or PurQ subscription product for 12 months. The prize will be supplied as one monthly allocation for 12 months. The prize is valued at AUD $120 per month, with a total prize value of AUD $1,440 inc GST. The winner may select their favourite eligible Queen Garnet or PurQ subscription product, subject to availability. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Draw The winner will be selected by random draw on Monday 22 June 2026. The random draw will be conducted by Nutrafruit Pty Ltd. Winner Notification The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. The winner may be announced through 2GB channels, subject to confirmation with the winner and 2GB. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw, or if the winner is unable to accept the prize, Nutrafruit Pty Ltd reserves the right to redraw the prize by random draw from the remaining valid entries. Prize Delivery The prize will be supplied monthly for 12 months to the winner’s nominated Australian delivery address. Nutrafruit Pty Ltd will cover standard delivery costs associated with the prize. If the selected prize product becomes unavailable, Nutrafruit Pty Ltd reserves the right to provide a substitute product of equal or greater value. General Conditions Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct at the time of purchase. Nutrafruit Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received due to technical issues, incorrect details, payment issues or any other reason outside its reasonable control. Nutrafruit Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants. Nutrafruit Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an invalid entry, acts fraudulently or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions. Nutrafruit Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. Privacy Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize. By entering, entrants agree that their personal information may be handled in accordance with Nutrafruit Pty Ltd’s Privacy Policy. Permit This promotion is a game of chance trade promotion and is subject to applicable trade promotion laws and regulations. The total prize value is AUD $1,440 inc GST. Based on the total prize value, a trade promotion permit or authority is not expected to be required in NSW, ACT or Queensland. The Promoter reserves the right to obtain any permit or authority if required. Delivery Domestic Shipping Information We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and endeavour to dispatch as soon as possible. All domestic orders are sent by Australia Post or another nominated carrier. Please contact us at info@nutrafruit.com.au if you have any questions. International Shipping Information Nutrafruit is open Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 8am AEST on a Friday will only be posted on the next business day. We endeavour to dispatch within 5 business days of receiving an order. Orders shipped internationally are sent by Australia Post or another nominated carrier where available. A tracking number will be supplied via email where available. Free Shipping Free shipping applies to orders shipped within Australia valued at $96 AUD or more, excluding wholesale orders, and will be automatically applied at checkout unless another delivery method is selected. Postage for all other orders will be charged at the applicable carrier rates, and free shipping is also available to all active subscription customers. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control. Returns Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you take delivery of a package and, in the unlikely event, the contents have been damaged in transit, are defective or are incorrect, please contact us by email at info@nutrafruit.com.au as soon as possible to inform us of your wish to return your goods. You must include your original order number, name and address. It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit. We strongly recommend that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, we will exchange the product or issue a refund for the purchase amount in the same manner the original order was paid. We will also refund the postage cost of returning the item to us where required under the Australian Consumer Law. However, if the problem with the product was a major failure, you can choose whether to receive a refund or a replacement, or ask for compensation for any drop in value of the product. Change of Mind Please note that, given the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges where you have changed your mind about a purchase unless the product is unused, sealed and in a re-saleable condition, including all original packaging. Please email your request to return your product to info@nutrafruit.com.au. Subscriptions PurQ subscriptions are managed through Loop. At checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery frequency, with a discount applied to every subscription order: Every 15 days, 20% off Every 30 days, 15% off Every 45 days, 10% off Each subscription order is automatically billed and dispatched on the recurring cycle you select, starting from the date of your original subscription order. The applicable discount is automatically applied at checkout and to each renewal. Free shipping applies to all active subscription orders shipped within Australia. We may update subscription pricing from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify you at least 14 days in advance. New pricing will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period. If a price increase exceeds 10%, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect, even if you have not yet completed your second subscription order. You may pause your subscription once per calendar quarter, for a maximum of 30 days. We reserve the right to decline or revoke pause requests that exceed this allowance. To manage your subscription, you can either log in to your Loop customer portal to update your delivery frequency, skip an upcoming order, pause, or cancel; or email us at info@nutrafruit.com.au and we will action your request. Cancellations are available after your second subscription order has been processed, regardless of the delivery frequency you have selected. This 2-order minimum applies to all subscriptions and overrides any other cancellation provision in these Terms, except as set out in the pricing clause above. Mobile Terms of Service The PurQ mobile message service, the “Service”, is operated by Nutrafruit Pty Ltd trading as PurQ, “PurQ”, “we”, or “us”. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions, “Mobile Terms”. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes. By consenting to PurQ’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of PurQ through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials and other marketing offers, including cart reminders. You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with PurQ. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider. You may opt out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to PurQ or click the unsubscribe link, where available, in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one time opt out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Nutrafruit or PurQ mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. For Service support or assistance, text HELP to PurQ or email info@purq.com.au. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
